Return & Refund Policy
Bras may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Bras must be unworn, unwashed, and odor-free.
Bras must be returned in their original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging) to ensure the item stays clean and undamaged during transit.
Try it on over clean clothing to check fit. We cannot accept bras with signs of wear.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at hello@ayleeattire.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll review your request and provide approval along with a shipping label.
- Once approved, please ship your item to our return center.
- If you received the wrong item or a defective product, we will offer a free exchange or full refund. Please contact us at hello@ayleeattire.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
Please note: All returns must be approved before they are sent back. We kindly ask that you do not ship any items without notifying us first. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Free Return Shipping
We offer prepaid return labels for your convenience.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected at our fulfillment center, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
We Do Not Process Exchanges
If you need a different size or style, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your bra arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
EU Customers – Statutory Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us at hello@ayleeattire.com before the 14-day period expires. Once we receive your returned item in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition, we will issue a full refund within 14 days.
Please note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that have been worn, washed, or are not in their original packaging.
